Just the other day I attended a trade show exhibition to help promote our new business. My husband and I recently decided to follow my dreams and open a puzzle-themed restaurant in our hometown of Wappingers Falls, NY. Unsure of how to start, we attended multiple classes, seminars and trade shows to gain a better understanding of the restaurant world and how to be successful within it. The other day, my boss comes over and says “Hey, you ready for the job fair next week?!
