I recently saw this retail display showcase in a jewelry store. It illuminated the jewelry displays in such an attractive manner. I actually spotted it from across the mall, when I was just standing there, pondering which store to go in next. I'm not usually one to go into jewelry stores by myself, and without a purpose, but this retail display showcase was almost calling my name. But then again I could have been imagining things. Anyways, I started heading towards the jewelry store, to at least check out the jewelry being displayed. As I approached the store entrance, to my surprise the glass door was being held open for me by a smiling door clerk. Really swanky jewelry store, let me tell you!
I should have known by the attractive and upscale quality of the retail display showcase that I was just wasting my time and wasting the poor doorman's time, but I just had to take a peak and daydream about what it would be like to own some of this fine jewelry. I was deep in thought about what it would be like to be wearing a $25,000 diamond ring, when my bubble was burst by the clerk asking "Can I help you with anything?" in that usual salesman voice. When I politely declined, the clerk was so rude, she actually asked me to leave the store, that they only allowed customers in who were serious buyers. It was so sad, leaving those daydreams and that gorgeas retail display showcase behind. Boy, those high-end jewelry stores really lure you in with those attractive display showcases, but they really should put uglier displays out front if they really don't want anyone in their store!
