The scope of the collection is massive. It includes many different options for customers to peruse. There is an online shopping cart to expedite the purchasing process. Plenty of lead times provided throughout the website. The e-commerce is very friendly. There is a simple to use online shopping cart and a convenient checkout area. Major credit cards are accepted. No mention of Amazon Payments. There is an address for the warehouse listed on the site. Customer service can be reached by phone, e-mail or fax. However, live inventory is missing. This website is solid and worth a visit.

Overall this site is passable. The plus is that the website is easy to navigate manually. Visitors should not have a problem clicking through the pages. However, the catalog itself is not searchable. The collection of tradeshow sheets is very sparse. Inventory numbers are not provided, so customers do not know if the specific item is in stock. There is no information on shipping either. Customers are able to order products online. There is a shopping cart. Purchases can be completed with a credit card. Amazon Payments may not be used. Customer service is available by phone or e-mail. There is an address for the warehouse. Not a bad website, but certainly not a top choice either.

This company sells handmade tabletop dressings. Businesses with custom made items sometimes struggle with e-commerce. Companies of this ilk often struggle to demonstrate that they offer a wide selection. That is this manufacturer's downfall. Based on the website itself, there does not appear much variety. Schools and churches will not have a problem finding an appropriate option, but that's all. Visitors can search the limited catalog. Orders cannot be made online. Customers need to contact a representative to give the agent the specifications. Customer service can be reached in a few different ways. The company gives a real street address for their factory. Definitely a real company, but limited options.

The overall selection on this site is limited. Almost all the cloth options are geared for restaurateurs mostly. Trade show booths could find something appropriate, but there simply are not a lot of options here. The catalog can be searched quickly. There is an online shopping cart that can be loaded with the different products. Transactions can be completed with a credit card exclusively. Customers service e-mail and phone number is listed. The warehouse does not have an address listed. Live inventory and lead times are not available. This site is very specialized, but adequate.

Overall layout of this company's home page is nice, but there are many shortcomings. Prices are clearly marked on every countertop fabric, which is one of the few positives. There is a large selection, but there is not a search tool for locating specific items. The inability to search the online catalog makes browsing the big selection very difficult. Furthermore, the company does not process orders online. All transactions must be placed over the phone, by fax or through e-mail. Lead times and inventory are not available. E-commerce is not very strong on this site.

The e-commerce is not very strong. This site does not meet many of the standards for online business. The main problem is that customers cannot order any of the skirting choices directly from the site. There is not even an online order form. All purchases must be made the old fashion way. Customers need to call or fax to buy units. The online catalog is not searchable, so finding specific styles is difficult. Not that the collection is large, but it certainly is not small. There is a real address for the warehouse. Live lead times are available, but live inventory counts are not given.

There are many different linen supplies for customers to browse. That is the only positive thing about this website. It is very difficult to rate well on the e-commerce criteria when orders cannot be made online. Call or e-mail customer service to receive a quote for the specific model. There is a search tool that makes going through the expansive collection easier. According to the website, credit card orders are accepted. There is a real warehouse, but inventory and shipping times are shared. This website is not a good option for customers.
