Online shopping is very easy. Simply put all of the desired image holders in the web-based shopping cart. When ready clients are ready to purchase the displays, simply proceed to the checkout. Only a credit card or an Amazon Payment account is required. Customer service representatives can be reached if there are any problems. The site lists a phone number, fax number and e-mail address. There are even live chat icons on each page for immediate assistance. Shipment information is provided on all pages. There is a live inventory tracker that lists how many of each item is in stock. The structure of the site makes perusing the different possibilities manageable. The illuminated framing company provides a real street address for their warehouse. This website is clearly a mega store for all sorts of signage. They promote their collection of bright boards, but the scope is not very large. Customers will be disappointed with the number of actual illuminated signs given the size of the site. There only seems to one model for each style. Searchable tool bar is available for narrowing down the options. Viewable cart is great for checkouts. Major credit cards are accepted. Amazon Payments cannot be made. Unfortunately, clients must log-in to make an order. The warehouse has a real address associated with it. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are listed. Live inventory and lead times are not offered.

Shoppers can complete the transaction after receiving the pricing. This process is a big hindrance to effective e-commerce. Furthermore, there is not a real street address listed for the warehouse.
