The selection is so large that customers will not have a problem finding an easel appropriate for the situation. Despite the massive amount of artist boards, the company does an amazing job organizing the collection into manageable categories. This arrangement prevents visitors from becoming overwhelmed. There is also a search tool that filters through for applicable results. An online shopping cart is on the website. Customers can go to the product page and quickly add it to the cart. Once all the desired artist displays are in the cart, these units are ready for purchase. Final transactions can be made on the check-out page. Major credit cards are accepted. Amazon account holders can also use Amazon Payments to pay for orders. Customer service can be contacted in a few different ways. There is a phone number, fax number and e-mail address written on the page. Visitors are also welcome to try the "Live Chat" tool for an instant message experience. The site boasts live lead time and live inventory counting. There is even a real street address provided for the warehouse. This site is a must see for artists and presenters.

This website uses an attractive interface that not only garners interest from visitors, but also organizes the content in an easy to follow manner. There is a search tool on the website that lets customers type in a keyword and see the corresponding results. The overall selection is quite vast; there are hundreds of distinct artist supplies available. An online shopping cart makes completing the purchasing transaction easier. Customers can use major credit cards and Amazon Payments to pay for their items. Customer service is available to assist patrons. People are able to call, fax, e-mail or even live chat with representatives. The warehouse has a real street address listed, which leads viewers to believe that the company is a real distributor and not an internet trader. Live inventory counts are provided on every page to let customers know how many are in stock. There are also live lead times that give customers an idea of how long shipments will take.

There is a decent selection here. Nothing impressive, but many of the most common tripod options are represented. Customers can search the entire collection using the online search tool. Once the correct style is found, consumers can easily load the item in the online shopping cart. Major credit cards can be used for payment. However, Amazon Payments are not allowed. Customer service representatives are able to answer questions on the phone, through fax, e-mail and live chat. This company falls short with some of the e-commerce criteria. There is not a real street address listed. Live inventory and lead times are also not provided. The site is not great, but worth visiting.

There is certainly lots to choose from at this site, but the company is not very e-commerce friendly. The demonstration furniture comes in various shapes and sizes, so there is definitely a model for every occasion. There is a real street address provided for the warehouse. However, customers will have a hard time finding that precise unit. The organization is not the best. What makes this company rate poorly is the fact that purchases cannot be made online. An order form must be submitted to a representative. Then customers must wait until they hear back from the company. Clients that need a tripod fast should not order one from this website.

This company specializes in painting and other artist tools. There is a very small collection of stands for painters. Despite the relatively small size, many of the e-commerce standards are met. The online catalog is completely searchable for shopping convenience. There is an online shopping cart for buying the wooden supplies. Credit cards are accepted, but Amazon Payments cannot be used. The street address for the warehouse is listed. However, shipping lead times cannot be found. Inventory counts are also unavailable. The website is decent overall.

The furniture for flip pads selection is very small. There are no photos of the collection, so customers have no idea what the items look like. The catalog is completely searchable. An online shopping cart is available for online orders. Credit cards can be used to complete transactions. Amazon checkout is not an option. Customer service is available by phone or e-mail. The warehouse has a real street address listed. Live inventory and lead times are not provided on the website. This site is not bad, but should not be the first choice.

This website extremely straightforward. The company sells one studio display and that is it. Customers impressed with the style and function can order this product. The site is missing many of the e-commerce components, but the collection is so small that these standards almost do not apply. This catalog does not need to be searchable because there is only one option. There is not an online shopping cart, but customers can click the quantities on the checkout page. Credit cards and personal checks are accepted. Amazon Payments are not allowed. Customer service is available to help and there is a street address for the warehouse.

This custom manufacturing company sells some very attractive visual artistry tools. However, there is not a lot of information available. Based on the images, the scope is extremely small. Since this is business custom orders, purchases cannot be made directly from the website. There is not an online shopping cart or check out area. It is uncertain what forms of payment are allowed. Call, fax or e-mail the customer service representatives for more information. There is a real warehouse, but lead times and inventory are not provided.

A highly disappointing website that does not function as anything more than an advertisement for a company Facebook page. The home page states that the site will be fully functional by June 21, 2011. Judging by the state of the website, this target date was not met. There is a phone number and address on this page. Nothing else is listed. Customers cannot see any artistic tools here. Visitors are welcome to sign up for company e-mails. This website does not even try to partake in e-commerce. There is no reason to visit the site.
