There is not an online shopping cart for glass or other models. All orders need to be placed on the phone with a representative. Consumers can contact the company by phone, fax or e-mail. If visitors can get over the strange site layout and really terrible images, they will realize that this company might have some potential. The scope is really small and the organization is atrocious, but the fixtures for collectibles themselves are not bad. Online orders are made using a credit card. A phone number and a fax number can be used to contact customer service. There is also an e-mail address. The warehouse also has a real street address associated with it. It is tough to trust this company based on their site alone. Try calling or e-mailing for a response before ordering.
