I’m the worst bartender ever. All my co-workers slip the bottles in and out of the bottle holder with ease, twirling & spinning their way to glory. When I’m not breaking glasses, I’m breaking bottles. I’ve tried the easier moves, such as just pouring a drink into a glass, and I still spill the patrons beverage everywhere. Plus I usually have to work with Chad, and he’s standing next to me juggling bottles, filling four glasses up at the same time with 4 other glasses, balancing bottles on his hand… I mean what. a. jerk. To top it all off, he always asks me, while we’re by the other food displays, if I want to stay late with him & he can help me out and teach me some moves that will help. Puh-leze. You make me look like a fool in front of Deandra, Aundrea, and the other waitress whose name ends with “A” all night and you expect me to hang out with you more? The bottle holder is pretty much the only thing I am good at. Just place the bottle into the neatly cut out hole that the bottle perfectly fits into. Sure Chad rolls it off his shoulder into the holder, or throws it up in the air, catches it on his palm, and then flips it in, but who likes a show-off? Not this guy. After I get out of work I’ll go show Ariella (Chad’s sister) some of my martial arts skills, then I’ll get the last laugh…
