This exterior-rated cork board is a heavy-duty product designed to withstand the elements. When you are looking for a bulletin board to install outside schools, churches, post offices, and community centers, our engineered cork board performs above all the rest. The door has 2 key locks, top and bottom, and is attached to the frame with a piano hinge running the entire length. When the door is closed it is pressed against closed cell foam weatherstripping for an excellent seal. The clear door lens is 1/4" thick polycarbonate and virtually unbreakable. The cabinet is made out of very thick aluminum extrusion with a black anodized finish for durability. There is 5/8" of space between the door lens and cork board surface, and the cork material is applied to a fiberboard substrate. Pushpins insert very easily into this material, unlike other hardboard products. We are proud to offer this high-quality bulletin board.
