Just the other day I attended a trade show exhibition to help promote our new business. My husband and I recently decided to follow my dreams and open a puzzle-themed restaurant in our hometown of Wappingers Falls, NY. Unsure of how to start, we attended multiple classes, seminars and trade shows to gain a better understanding of the restaurant world and how to be successful within it. Now that we have our business plan and a detailed theme, we need to promote our idea to potential investors to help alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with starting up your own business. Thus we attended our first trade show event.

Through our experience of attending a great deal of exhibitions, we learned very quickly that presentation is everything. Therefore we wanted to create a great deal of visual displays to grab an audiences’ attention.
