This podium was the best buy for our school! The podium adjusts from 39” to 45”h with a pneumatic dial control, a great feature to have when the speakers could be either teachers or elementary school children. Since we bought the podium, the kids are eager to speak because their voices sound loud and clear thanks to the 50 watt amplifier and the 6” x 8” full range speaker.
They also love to speak through the wired dynamic microphone. To facilitate reading and free your hands while doing a presentation, the podium includes an adjustable gooseneck to attach the microphone to the reading platform. This podium can be easily moved to the desired place using the provided rolling wheels. Another feature that was important for us was the front lip to support the reading material.
The rich red mahogany matches the auditorium furniture perfectly and there are a lot of podiums to choose from on the adjustable height wood lecterns category.
